Happy New Year

Bless you for all your support and encouragement in 2009. It’s been very special to hear from so many of you. God bless you and your families in 2010 – the year of double portion!

New Year Resolutions

I’m not sure how effective New Year resolutions are. Research shows that people give up their resolutions within days of making them and then feel like failures! It may be simpler to consider your aims, or hopes and dreams. Or you could consider one thing you would like to change in 2010. What’s your prayer for 2010?
Now join me in my New Year meditation New Beginnings (4 minutes)

Wanting to lose weight?

Again, research shows that diets don’t work because they have a beginning and end point, so as soon as people go back to their old eating habits, they put the weight back on! A long term lifestyle change is needed. Now to help you on your way, I have reduced my ‘The Thing about Calories’ gift book to £3.99 in my shop during this month. It’s been described as a ‘little gem’ and is full of straight forward advice gently stirred with a dash of humour. And yes, laughter does burn calories!

New Resources

I’ve limited my engagements in the first half of this year, because I want to focus on creating some new publications. This will include a new major book, a downloadable new CD and possibly even a DVD.
I will also be working on developing my popular one-woman show ‘Licensed to Chill’, and a concert presentation of ‘Celtic Treasure’.

Every Blessing,
Liz
